- No need to buy bottled water as the villa has a carbon water filter system that ensures all the water is of high quality

- We can provide a cot and high chair for small children (on request).
- Pets are most welcome in the villa and there are spaces both inside and outside dedicated to their well-being (pet corner and snack points with bowls for water and food).

- There is an iron and ironing board on every floor of the villa.
- A washing machine is available to use in the laundry room on the ground floor.
- Safety box
- The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a dish washer. Oil, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee are provided.
