Villa Belvedere is nestled in the green hills of Chianti. It is completely enclosed by a fence and accessed by a private dirt road. Trees and a well-maintained terraced garden afford privacy for the guests. From the outside the Villa presents a 3 storey building, the ground floor being an annexe with an independent entrance and a table and umbrella outside.
There is easy access to the 7-by-9-meter pool, which is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas giving shade to relax in. There are also sofas and small tables where you can enjoy a light meal or sit and sip an aperitif while gazing at the splendid view of the Chianti hills.
Stairs lead to a patio where a large gazebo covers a dining table for al fresco meals. From here you enter the second floor of the villa, where the kitchen and living room are located… needless to say, in addition to the possibility of eating outside, the kitchen has a nice table for those who prefer to eat inside.
The house is surrounded by nature with several areas set up with armchairs and tables so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa but smokers can take advantage of the outside!
Villa Bevedere has been fully renovated and restored and can now comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
The ground floor is a self-contained annexe but, if desired, communicates with the rest of the house. The separate entrance allows additional privacy. There there is a double bedroom with a double pull-out bed, a bathroom with shower and a small laundry room (with washing machine), a storage room where you can find cleaning tools and detergents.
The first floor is the real heart of the house: there is a spacious and comfortable living area with sofas, armchairs and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings. The living area is equipped with smart TVs and board games for children and adults.
Every room in the house has free wifi.
The kitchen communicates with both the living area and the outside. In addition to having everything you need to prepare your meals you will find useful appliances such as: kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
There are also two double bedrooms on the second floor sharing a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
The second floor attic is often used by children as it holds two single beds and a bathroom with shower. From the small terrace it is possible to enjoy the beautiful and panoramic view of the hills – a guaranteed spectacle!
